In Texas (not to mention most of the bbq-eating south) REAL bbq can't be rushed. That means we smoke our meats sloooowly using a blend of hickory and oak…heck, our beef brisket and pulled pork are each smoked for 13 hours!! Yep, we're smoking while you're sleeping! | |
